Data Protection Declaration
We will not normally give any personal information about you to any other party, but there may be some situations when we need to do this. We may give information which we hold about you to:-

	People who are acting as our agents or our sub-Contractors and on the understanding that it will be kept confidential
	Credit Reference Agencies, Fraud Prevention Agencies, other companies within our company group in such circumstances outlined below
	If we are allowed or required by law to give out the information
	Other companies associated with thepfc.co.uk and carefully selected third parties for the marketing to you of credit and other products and services which we think may be of interest to you, provided that you have not indicated to thepfc.co.uk that you do not wish to receive information on other products and services.

Credit Reference Agencies
We may search the files of any credit reference agencies who will supply thepfc.co.uk with credit information, as well as information from the Electoral Register. Credit searches and other information which is provided to thepfc.co.uk and/or the credit reference agencies, about you and those with whom you are linked financially may be used by thepfc.co.uk and other companies if credit decisions are made about you, or other members of your household. This information may also be used for debt tracing and the prevention of money laundering. The credit reference agencies will record details of our enquiries, whether or not your application proceeds, and this will be seen by other organisations that make searches. Information held about you by the credit reference agencies may already be linked to records relating to one or more of your partners. For the purposes of this application, you may be treated as financially linked and your application will be assessed with reference to any "associated records".
